Our Camlock are ready to assemble for panels like cold storage, shelters, building sheds etc. Panels are provided with Tongue & Grove joints and specially designed Cam locks to enhance airtight assembly.
The Plastic camlock was developed by us more than a decade ago and since then, we have been supplying it to several leading manufactures of sandwich panels in India to their entire satisfaction.

The tongue-n-groove joints extending along the entire length of the sandwich panel ensure the joining. Locking system by means of Cam-locks, which are pre-fitted prior to the foaming, ensures a total weather-proof assembly, thereby increasing the strength and the stability of the final stucture.
Camlock locking assemblies provide perfect alignment for any PUF panels. The assemblies are permanently formed-in-place in the tongue and groove edge of all panels. A clockwise turn of the hex wrench (Provided) initiates a cam-type locking action. A locking "hook" is extended over and around a locking "pin" and then retracts to pull the panels tightly together for a secure fit.
Salient features of Our Plastic Camlocks
- Heat loss due to conduction is minimized because of the non-conducting nature of the polymer housing.
- Large area of contact and provision of anchoring ribs gives greater bonding strength.
- The nylon hook is tested for breaking strength of 250+ Kg. (Tensile). Engineering Nylon Elongation at maximum recommended tensile force of 250 Kg. This takes care of minor misalignments or gaps that may be present in the joint of the panels at the time of assembly.
- Positive locking of the cam system ensures that the hook is not released unless the cam is turned with help of an Allen Key.
- One round and one oblong hole are provided on the mating face for correct alignment of the camlock in the fixture.
- Oblong pockets are provided on the sides of the male lock face for ease of fitment with a cam operated puller clamp in the fixture before foaming. The female portion can be held by hooking the puller clamp directly on to the stainless pin.
- The male housing is assembled by loading the cover to the hook housing. However, it is advisable to cover the small gap left at the edge with BOPP tape before mounting in the fixture. Some of our customer have found this to be effective against accidental entry of foam into the camlock from the open end.
- Functionally designed protective discs prevent PU Foam from entering the cam hole while foaming. For activating the lick, the disc can be easily punctured to provide a clean hexagonal hole for the 10.0mm Allen key.
